The best compact cameras retailing for under 200$

The entry-level segment of the compact camera market has been struggling lately. These days, smartphones are poised to overtake compact cameras since, on the whole, they retail for less and often have better image quality.

For a camera to be competitive in this segment of the market, it needs, at the very least, to be as practical as a smartphone. It must have good connectivity and an accompanying app that makes it easy to share photos. And, what about image quality?
