The term “gaming” has invaded the PC market in a very profound way, there is basically no component or peripheral that does have the word “gaming” in its model.
The latest one is the SSD XPG SX8000 from ADATA, a model with M.2 format and a high performance NVMe PCIe 3.0 x4 interface. It’s capable of read speeds up to 2.400 MB/s and write speeds up to 1.000 MB/s, both sequential.
These SSDs use MLC 3D high performance RAM with a faster cache SLC memory system. It will arrive in 128GB, 256 GB, 512GB and 1 TB configurations, also, they will launch a faster version with a dedicated sink by the end of October. Their prices haven’t been revealed.
